Privacy notice

What personal data AlphaQuantAgent LLC holds, why we hold it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to be read. Last updated: 2026-07-25.

Who is responsible

AlphaQuantAgent LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, decides how and why your personal data is processed. For anything in this notice, write to hello@alphaquantagent.com.

This notice forms part of the disclosure you accept in the app before any order is submitted on your behalf. Where the two describe the same thing they say the same thing; if they ever diverge, the signed disclosure governs.

What we hold, and why

Your identity as an account — the email address you sign in with and an internal account identifier. Without it there is no account.

Your settings — language, time zone, notification preferences, and the portfolio configuration you chose. This is what the agent runs on.

Your consent record — which version of the disclosure you accepted, when, from which IP address and with which browser or device. We keep it because an agreement that cannot be evidenced is worth little to either side.

Your trading history — positions, orders, fills, fees and the decisions the agent made, for the brokerage account you connect. Every screen in the app is built from this.

Your broker credentials — stored encrypted in a secrets vault, used only to place trades, never displayed back to you or to anyone else. They are trade-only: they cannot move funds out of your account.

We do not collect special-category data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We do not send your personal data, your account data or your positions to any AI model provider. One strategy uses a language model to pick a monthly stock universe; what it receives is a date, a count, a list of permitted symbols and a sector hint. That universe is the same for every client and is derived from public market data, not from anybody's account.

We never take custody of your money. Deposits, withdrawals, identity verification and source-of-funds checks are handled by your broker, under your agreement with them.

Who else processes your data

We rely on a small number of processors to operate the service. Each acts on our instructions, and each is listed below with what it actually receives.

Processor	What it receives
Clerk	Sign-in and session management. Holds your email address and login identifiers.
Alpaca Securities LLC	Your broker and our market-data source. Holds the brokerage relationship with you; we send it the orders the agent decides on.
Stripe	Subscription payments. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers.
Resend	Transactional email — reports, alerts, address verification. Receives your notification address and the message body.
Sentry	Error monitoring. Receives stack traces and the account identifier attached to a failing request, so we can find what broke.
Cloudflare	Content delivery and TLS in front of our sites. Sees connection metadata such as your IP address.
Expo, Apple, Google	Push notifications to the mobile app. Receive a device token and the notification text.
Anthropic	Picks the monthly stock universe for one strategy. Receives a date, a count, a list of permitted symbols and a sector hint — no client, account or position data of any kind.

Where your data lives

Our application servers and database are operated by us and located in the United States. Several of the processors above operate globally. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil or another jurisdiction with transfer rules, your data will be processed in the United States; we rely on the standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards each processor offers.

In every case you are connecting a brokerage account held at a United States broker-dealer, so US processing is inherent to the service rather than incidental to it.

How long we keep it

Trading history and settings are kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return or request an export.

Consent records and the financial records connected to them are kept for as long as the law requires, which outlasts your account. Deleting an account does not erase the evidence that a disclosure was accepted — that record protects both sides.

Broker credentials are deleted as soon as you disconnect the broker or close the account.

Your rights

Whatever your jurisdiction, you can ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, for deletion, or for us to stop processing. Write to hello@alphaquantagent.com and we will answer within thirty days.

Under the GDPR (EEA/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil) you also have the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Under California law you have the right to know, to delete, and not to be discriminated against for exercising either — and, as stated above, we do not sell personal data.

Deleting your data ends the service: the agent cannot run on an account it knows nothing about.

Security

Broker credentials live encrypted in a secrets vault, separate from the application database. The client API is authenticated and every request is scoped to the account that owns the data. Traffic is TLS-encrypted end to end.

No system is immune. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority within the deadlines the applicable law sets.

Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and a brokerage account cannot lawfully be opened by a minor in any case. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this notice

Any change is posted here with a new date at the top. A change that materially affects how we handle your data is also announced in the app, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again.
